Erica & Bert planned the most gorgeous spring wedding at the McNamara Alumni Center in Minneapolis.  Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans and there was snow on the ground at for their late April nuptials!  Check out the photo below where the bridal party is throwing snowballs!  Erica and Bert didn’t seem to mind the weather and got cozy for photos at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.  Best wishes to the sweet couple!

Nicole & Trevor were married on rainy October day.  You know what they say about rain on your wedding day! ;)  Nicole and Trevor don’t need luck though, they are an incredibly grounded couple, surrounded by loving friends and family (who seriously know how to party!) and so sweet and in love.  And, to top it all off, they have great style.  I was enamored with Nicole’s entire look and what girl can resist a pair of glittery heels?!  It’s all about attitude, and Nicole and Trevor were all smiles and joy, despite the less-than-ideal forecast.  We made the most of the rain and found some gorgeous spots where we could take shelter and still get the outdoor images they dreamed of.   Thanks to the fabulous vendors, especially the Amys from Mi Mi Weddings and the girls at L’atelier Couture for styling Nicole to perfection!

From the second Madeline walked in the door of my studio, planner and vision in tow, I have been counting down the days to Madeline & Brian’s wedding!  I’ve gotten to know this couple over the past year and learned their story, and although their wedding was seriously overflowing with gorgeous details, this was even more so about the commitment they are making to each other, which has been a decade in the making.  M&B have been through so much together, have stood by each other’s sides, and have so much more yet to come.

Madeline herself is in the bridal industry, so only the best of the best vendors would do for their big day! Laura Mullen Event Design did an amazing job from start to finish and ensured this wedding went off without a hitch! Of course, I also have to mention Madeline’s gown. I mean, seriously ladies, I coudld’ve done an entire blog post with just images of Madeline looking fabulous. Her custom Oscar de la Renta gown was literally, the perfect choice, and her entire look was styled to perfection thanks to the amazing ladies (her coworkers!) at l’atelier couture. There are too many fantastic vendors thank them all, but seriously… all top notch! I am so lucky to work with such fabulous couples and vendors who are passionate about what they do!! I also wanted to recognize Madeline’s mother for all she did! From what I hear, she had a big hand in the gorgeousness that is this wedding, and also took on many projects, like sewing the runners for all the tables, and the pillows that were used for decor. All these details, and the incorporation of Brian’s love for fishing (the custom made bow ties, and the fishing lures on the butler passed hors d’oeuvres) made this event so personal. I literally could’ve posted hundreds more images!! Thanks to everyone involved, especially this beautiful couple! I am beyond honored to have been a part of your day.
