Have I mentioned that I have so many amazing fall sessions and weddings left to blog!? Plus, tons of destination wedding and destination engagement images from Italy. I’ve been so busy photographing 43 weddings + countless engagement, boudoir, just married and senior sessions this year that I’ve probably only blogged about half of what I’ve photographed. Not to mention that I’ve been busying traveling to multiple states and multiple countries on 4 different continents! To say this year has been a crazy/fun adventure is an understatement! I have been so blessed and I am so eternally thankful to my clients for entrusting me to preserve the most special moments of their lives. I am so excited with the direction Laura Ivanova Photography is moving in and lots of BIG THINGS are happening in 2010!
Anyway, I shot this session for my photographer friend Amy back in the beginning of October. Although Amy is dressed in a beautiful, summery dress- do not be fooled- it was FREEZING this particular day and she just rocked the dress for the sake of the photos! Yeah! Since October, Amy has (sadly) moved to Enid, Oklahoma, but she is still shooting weddings both in the Twin Cities and Oklahoma! Isn’t she gorgeous?! Miss you Amy!
Meet the beautiful Aussie pair, Renee + Chris! I met R+C at the Jose Villa workshop I attended in Tuscany, Italy. R+C are clients of Jose’s and were married a few short days after their engagement shoot at the amazing La Selva Villa in the Tuscan hills. I only got to shoot with R+C for a few minutes, but they are a lovely couple and I wish them all the best. For the record, I am super, super jealous that Jose and Joel shot their wedding!
Kristi + Kevin chose to do their engagement at Christmas tree farm! Such a fun location and a unique concept. It was a cold day but there was a light layer of fresh snow on the ground which made for fun, wintery pics! K+K chose and cut a tree for their home. I loved how Kristi incorporated vibrant colors and balloons to offset the wintery day.
