DESIREE & NOLAN | MINNEAPOLIS ENGAGEMENT

Meet Des & Nolan! We were having really bad luck with scheduling their engagement session. It seemed that every date we chose ended up being a rainy, stormy day. I guess the third time is the charm, because we finally met for their engagement session on the HOTTEST day of year. Go figure! But Des & Nolan handled it like troopers. Even their doggie, Bear, got in on the photo action, although, I felt quite bad for him with his black fur. I was a bit worried the poor guy was going to pass out. When we finally couldn’t take the heat, we snuck into the Walker for refuge and freezing cold AC. Enjoy the preview!

@John- Permit?!? Uhh, no, but we asked at the front desk if we could shoot there. It was SO HOT and I was practically melting… they probably felt bad for us, so they let us use the entry!

Kristen Drufke - giggle-giggle. We had the same issue with a couple where we had to set up a time to meet like 6 times before we were able to make it all happen. lol. These photos were so worth it though! Love the ones in the Walker and with Bear. Great job Laura!

KELSY & BUTCH | SESSION AT THE FARM

I love this couple and I loved their session! We had so much fun out at my grandparent’s farm in rural Le Center, MN, and I loved the cool props that Kelsy & Butch brought along. They incorporated things they love doing together like drinking wine and Kelsy’s super fun vintage-replica bicycle. K&B are actually super awesome wedding photographers based out of Wisconsin, so we had to get some shots with their cameras too!

This lovely couple are past clients and I’m so happy they came back for more photo fun! Miranda contacted me wanting some fun couple photos, really for no particular reason- just their year and a half anniversary! Miranda had her hair and makeup done by Unveiled and was looking fabulous and Weston looked so dapper in his dress blues. Enjoy a mini-sneak peek of their session!
