What can I say about Sandra? SC is absolutely stunning and such a natural in front of the camera. Every shot was seriously gorgeous. What’s more, SC is such a all-around cool girl. She’s a nursing student, an international traveler and just a great girl! We did much of the shoot indoors, then SC bravely faced thistles, poison ivy, and insects to shoot outside! What a trooper.
Of course, I have to mention the fabulous Hana, of Mani Mela Beauty. Hana totally rocked the hair and makeup and was on hand throughout the shoot to ensure SC was looking her best. Hana even did a couple different looks! I can vouch first hand what a fabulous makeup artist can do, and brides and boudoir clients, I definitely recommend you check Hana out. Enough raving about Hana and SC, on to the pics!

Amazing! Probably the best boudoir shoot I’ve seen. The light and post processing is awesome on this set.
Hey Laura –
These are amazing…I love the locations! She is beautiful and you did such a great job at capturing that….keep up the amazing work.
Wow! Smokin’ session, Laura – really, seriously classy. I LOVE the outdoor locations, but your place looks amazing for a shoot like this – love the natural light, bold colours, and simplicity! Absolute knockout series!

Yeah, Sandra Carmen! :)
Boudoir sessions have been all the rage lately, and I’m so thrilled to be shooting so many awesome session with so many jaw-droppingly gorgeous ladies.
Here are a couple recent emails that have graced my inbox:
From the beautiful Ms. C:
“Oh my god! I have been over and over and over them online, and I’m just blown away! You did an unbelieveable job. There’s no way I could ever pick a favorite from that group of photos. I’m so impressed! (I could go on and on and on)! I’m sure you hear this a lot, but you are so talented. I wish there was more I could do to thank you! Can’t wait to work with you again soon!”
From Ms. K:
“I just checked out all the pics and I just wanted to let you know I think you did a great job with them! I really really like them a lot. Thank you again for coming over and taking the pictures, and I will definitely be referring you to girlfriends of mine! You made me look sexy despite me not having a clue what to do:)”
And, from the recently wed Mrs. T:
“They are truly way above and beyond what I could have ever imagined possible. I am in shock. Thank you again! I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer who put me at ease and gave great direction in such an awkward situation.
I have been singing your praise on a destination wedding forum that I am on. One woman on there said she booked her boudoir shoot with you for in a few weeks. She is lucky to have found you.”
And, here are a few images from my session I shot with Emily, and a special for anyone who might be reading the blog! Book your boudoir session before May 31, 2009 and receive 10% off the session fee!

I agree!!! hOT hOt hOt!!!! :D :D
Last weekend Emily and I met up for boudoir photos. For those of you who may be wondering, boudoir photos are a recent trend among brides. They are generally photographed in a private setting, such as a home or a cozy hotel and usually involve lingerie (or less for the most fearless brides!). Photos taken are typically intended as a gift for a significant other or even yourself!
For any of my current or past brides that are interested in learning more, please contact me. And, NO, your photos don’t have to appear on my blog- especially if it’s a surprise gift for your hubby-to-be. Miss Emily gave the go-ahead to post these!
Speaking of Miss Emily- isn’t she smokin’ hot? We had the most amazing session- perhaps one of my all-time favorites! Emily is so confident in her own skin and it just radiates in the photos! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Emily, for getting up early on a Saturday morning, and for being totally fun and fierce!!
