Laura-Hey Butch! :) They are signing a Ketubah, which is a Jewish marriage document and usually signed before the ceremony in the Temple! I hope I’m correct, but I believe the Ketubah is usually displayed in the couple’s home and I’ve seen lots of different variations all with script in Hebrew.
