I’ve had the extreme pleasure of getting to know Teryn, Ian and their pup, Mya, over the years! Teryn and I met in the photography world (though this little powerhouse has grown to her empire to include a second thriving business in the volleyball world!) and I’ve photographed this sweet family a number of times. Every time I see them it makes me wish that it wasn’t months (or even years?!) between our visits, but they always feel like old friends, even if our time together is infrequent. Thank you for entrusting me with your family photos! You guys are the best!!
Although Katie & Ben will be wed in Minnesota, they wanted to pay homage to the city they currently call home. I’m happy to travel near and far for engagement sessions! Boston is one of my favorite places to visit and I am so grateful I got to spend an afternoon with this sweet couple! We started off in quaint and historic Beacon Hill, then made our way to the Boston Public Gardens and the Library, where we managed to get about 3 shots before we were promptly kicked out! The after making a stop at the couple’s newly purchased apartment with an incredible rooftop and views of the city, we headed to Cambridge and the Harvard campus, where Katie is currently attending grad school. The campus was the perfect backdrop to end the evening. Thanks to Katie & Ben for inviting me to their city and exploring with me on this lovely fall day!
