HOT, HOT, HOT!

Boudoir sessions have been all the rage lately, and I’m so thrilled to be shooting so many awesome session with so many jaw-droppingly gorgeous ladies.

Here are a couple recent emails that have graced my inbox:

From the beautiful Ms. C:
“Oh my god! I have been over and over and over them online, and I’m just blown away! You did an unbelieveable job. There’s no way I could ever pick a favorite from that group of photos. I’m so impressed! (I could go on and on and on)! I’m sure you hear this a lot, but you are so talented. I wish there was more I could do to thank you! Can’t wait to work with you again soon!”

From Ms. K:
“I just checked out all the pics and I just wanted to let you know I think you did a great job with them! I really really like them a lot. Thank you again for coming over and taking the pictures, and I will definitely be referring you to girlfriends of mine! You made me look sexy despite me not having a clue what to do:)”

And, from the recently wed Mrs. T:
“They are truly way above and beyond what I could have ever imagined possible. I am in shock. Thank you again! I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer who put me at ease and gave great direction in such an awkward situation.

I have been singing your praise on a destination wedding forum that I am on. One woman on there said she booked her boudoir shoot with you for in a few weeks. She is lucky to have found you.”

And, because no post is complete without a pretty picture, check out this shot of gorgeous Emily!  Such a beauty!

Lauren Kinsey - HA! A “quick weekend trip to Puerto Rico” made me smile :) (you know, you could’ve made a pit stop in Florida to say hello! sheesh! j/k)
Happy birthday Mr. Ivanova!

Hubby - Thanks for the Bday wishes! :)

Mona - These are awesome! Now I’m really excited to see the sights myself next week. Great shots — as always! :-)

kristen Drufke - I take it you really liked your new fisheye lens? The pictures look amazing.

Jodi - Neat pics….now if only your tiny little experiment had sound effects:) Or maybe not, looks like that guy is kind of struggling?

Sean - Okay. Laura. Your travel photography is AMAZING! The colours, angles, and atmosphere through each of them are incredible. The little video at the end is amazing – what a wonderful memory that must spark!

I traveled to Bulgaria and Greece in June and July of 2008 and since I was so busy with weddings over the summer and fall and I never really got a chance to blog my favorite photos.  So, without further ado, here they are!

LAURA IVANOVA PHOTOGRAPHY | INTERNATIONALLY PUBLISHED! » laura ivanova | MINNEAPOLIS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER + MINNESOTA DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER - [...] I think when most American’s think of traveling to Europe, Bulgaria isn’t even on their radar, which is unfortunate, because it is truly a beautiful country and still very affordable! It’s a very popular ski destination in the winter and seaside destination in the summer amongst other Europeans. Having traveled there is both seasons, I can attest to the great things to see and do. You can check out some of my past travels to Bulgaria here. [...]

Amber - Wow, love the BG photos! Looks like an amazing place!

KRABI | THAILAND TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHY

Maya Bay, on the island of Ko Phi Phi. Maya Bay is where The Beach, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, was filmed:

Awesome pics curtesy of waterproof point and shoot camera:

Back on dry land, enjoying some interesting foods at the local market. The hubby was game for anything, even crickets and worms. For 10 bahts (34 cents) you get a whole ziplock baggie full o’ your favorites and a bamboo stick for convenient eating. Yum!

Ai Ling - boy oh boy… be careful with the monkeys… we were attacked by some last time. The crickets and worms aren’t that bad deep fried, you should’ve seen those in South Korea. They just steamed them and gosh, that tasted weird. LOL

thailandbeach - What is a good route to travel Thailand?
Im flying to Thailand to start my travelling trip in a few months and would like a group route in which to travel around? You help would be appreciated.
