Jolene and Dan were married on Jolene’s beautiful family farm in Little Falls, Minnesota. It’s so refreshing to get out of the Twin Cities every now and then, and J+D’s wedding was absolutely perfect. I loved all the little details and rustic touches that came together to create a beautiful celebration. J+D did much of the work, including spray painting the ENTIRE interior of the barn! The result was completely worth it!
Here’s what Jolene had to say:
“I haven’t looked at the pictures yet but I am sure they will be wonderful. Thanks for everything. Dan and I loved having you there. You and Amanda were so much fun to work with. We both definitely agreed that you were our favorite vendor.”
I L.O.V.E this wedding! The little touches are beautiful and so detailed. This wedding and especially the photography are deserving of a submission to The Knot!! Seriously, Laura!
Beautiful dress! I wore the same one! Where did you get it?
This looks like an amazing wedding with all those adorable little details! How much fun are they! I love the second, and the second to last one! Your eye for details certainly stands out well in this one!
That looks like it was a fun wedding; super laid back!
These photos are amazing Laura! Love the gingham table runners & all the great country details.
wonderful as usual, Laura. I hope you’re having a great summer!
Jeff
Katie, clearly we both have good taste! I got the dress at Rush’s Bridal in Minneapolis.
Laura, the pictures are amazing. We have gotten so many complints on them already. Thank you!
Wow Laura! Great job! I love all the different vases and different green patterns. It’s so unique but pulls together nicely. I love these photos!
Love your processing on these images – gorgeous!!!
Jolene – these pictures are great! It looks like your wedding was perfect!
Jolene, what beautiful wedding pictures! The pictures captured how truly beautiful it was! It was a wedding that was so much apart of two people and two families working together to create a lasting memory of such a significant day! Your wedding was a dream wedding! Have you or Laura thought of contacting Country Living or Better Homes and Gardens magazine with the pictures and the story behind the wedding? I truly think they would be interested! Love your Aunt Louise
Another amazing wedding! I love all the detail shots!
This wedding seriously paints a picture of my ideal wedding. The pictures are AWESOME, by the way. And I was also wondering where this took place. My fiancee and I are still looking for a reception site…we’re thinking rustic/barn/farm/tent on the edges of the twin cities, ideally with real bathrooms. But I am definitely bookmarking this page. What awesome shots you got! Love the photos.

I received this lovely email from beautiful bride, Lindsey:
“Hi Laura!!! We just wanted to thank you for doing such an amazing job photographing our wedding day! My mom could not stop raving about you, as well as the entire wedding party! Lindsey, I enjoyed EVERY MINUTE of your and Dan’s incredible wedding day!! (The food and ice cream cake were also divine!) Here’s a one-image-preview before they head off to their honeymoon in Costa Rica!

I was so excited a few months ago when I received an email from a photo editor at The Knot Magazine in New York. Turns out the editors were looking for the perfect purple bouquet to feature in their Fall/Winter magazine and stumbled across Amanda + Jared’s wedding on my blog. A+J planned the most beautiful wedding and I’m glad to see one of their details grace the pages of such a wonderful magazine. Be sure to pick up a copy of The Knot!
